Im on my way to Atlanta for Thanksgiving weekend to see some beautiful friends off in marriage, but I stopped in St. Augustine on the way to see the newlywed Hamels.
Its Thanksgiving day and I cant help but think about how good I am at being in the right place at the right time. The first colonized city in the U.S. and Im here for Thanksgiving. The weather's beautiful and its so good to see Jenna. Their home is an antique gem and the neighbors are just the kind Id expect in a town like this...full of character.
I hope to take in some history and enjoy freedom

Happy Birthday, Azuree!
Life is strange. I feel strange.
I came back from visiting the Wiitalas a few weeks ago. It already feels like it was years ago. Gosh, it could have been longer, but what a wonderful trip. Az turned into a little wife while we've been separated and that was pretty adorable to see. I saw Farrakhan and took in all the epic-ness that that entailed. It felt good to wear a coat and ride the train.
Since Ive been back time is flying. I have a month before I leave the country and it feels different this time. Its strange thinking about the fact that I might not see some of my friends ever again. Some friends I'll see in a different time and a different place and Im excited about that. I might not even see Orlando again, but Id be ok with that. I have no clue what the future holds.
It will be Thanksgiving soon. I will see Nathan and Rachael become husband and wife soon. I turn 23 soon. Christmas will be here before we know it.
Im living a little bit more than Im used to. I dont work, which is strange. I want to work, but I hope that my next job is something Im passionate about.
Im not really sure what Im doing with my life. Thats liberating when Im not stressing out about it.
Oh yeah, and Barack Obama is the president elect. Thats history, folks.
